Warehouse Stocker/Order Puller I spent my first 6 months as a stocker and order puller learning the NAPA Auto Parts business and parts numbering system
Customer Service Representative Processed orders for independent NAPA stores within the Dallas territory and around the United States using NAPA’s ordering system.
Inside Sales Coordinator Worked directly with the Sales Manager and General Manager coordinating and implementing all NAPA sales programs. Helped plan and implement yearly marketing conference shows. I managed profit/loss reports and market penetration reports for potential buyers and or sellers of independent NAPA stores.
