I am working as an Enterprise Promoted Executive (EPE) in Katni District of MP in Udyogini a premier Non Govt. Organisation based at New Delhi and is working in eight states of India for the promotion of Livelihood and enterprise and WADI (NABARD Project) since December 2010.

Career Objective:

To catalyse the development process especially among the youth and women and hence strengthen the social value of the organisation at National level.

EXPERIENCE

Worked around one year from 2009 to 2010 as HR & Training Officer in Samhita Community Development Services, Bhopal, M.P.

Worked two years in DR. SHAMBHUNATH SINGH RESEARCH FOUNDATION in VARANASI on (July 2007 to June 2009) on the main three different issues which were

• Protection and promotion of Girl’s child education,

• Women Empowerment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for identification of the issues accountable to de-promote the girls’ education and taking further possible solutions to motivate the parents and girls both.

• Started processing for the discussion with teachers and parents.

• Networking with District and block administrations to track and trap the cases of trafficking of the girls.

• Involved in planning and implementation for the resettling of the street children.

• Directly involved in the process of SHG formation, their capacity building and networking with Banks for income generation programmes.

2. 21 days H.R. training in Kanoria Chemicals & Industries

3. One year training in Diesel Locomotive Work (D.L.W), Varanasi-

-(U.P). 7th August 2006 to 28th May 2007).

4. One Month Labour Officer Training in Labour Office in Varanasi 1st Jun 2006 to 30th Jun 2006.

5. 5th Days Water Sanitation training in Unicef Lucknow (U.P). (20 Dec 2005 to 25 Dec 2005).

6. One Year training in Blind School Sri Hanuman, Prashad Poddar Blind School, Durga Kund, Varanasi 1st Aug 2005 to 15th April 2006 .

7. One year Experience as a Counselor in Brainware Computer Academy, Lanka, Varanasi. - U.P.
