I developed an excellent relationship with my regional managers, communicating feedback from the store effectively and confidently. I became experienced in working with new visual merchandising ideas, from conception to delivery. I grew to be extremely confident in our customer profile, and thoroughly enjoyed the creative opportunities I had to help build outfits with a specific shopper in mind.

Eastern Daily Press Spring 2005 Work exp.

I wrote a fashion tips column for the weekly Saturday supplement and helped devise short, snappy headlines for the ‘Dear Editor’ page, both of which were published. I took part in the morning briefs, which taught me about the prioritisation of news stories.
