PLANT MANAGER, Chowchilla, CA (1993 – 2011): Managed all operational aspects of the plant activities, including

Production, Maintenance, Production Scheduling, Warehouse, Plant Support, Process Engineering, Safety, and

Quality. Ensured all regulatory compliance standards with regards to ISO 14001 / TS16949.

Increase production of calipers from 1500 to 5000 per day by redesigning dismantling tables, installing

conveyor line, and increased efficiencies by reducing number of employee's per table by 25%. This increased

sales from $2M to $6.5M per month and maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rating.
