Duties & Responsibilities in Abroad:

• Responsible for preparing Method of Statement and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plan)

for Instrumentation activities.

• Responsible for conducting the inspection of Instrumentation materials received by raising

RFI (Request for Inspection) for MRIR (Material Receiving Inspection Report) with client

representative and client specifications.

• Responsible for checking if the materials received have all the required documentation

such as P.O (Purchase Order), D.C (Delivery Challan), M.T.R (Material Test Report),

Calibration Certificate & C.O.C (Certificate of Conformity).

• Responsible for raising RFI and conducting Instrumentation inspections with the client

representative such as instrumentation installation junction box installation, cable tray

installation, cable laying, cabletermination etc.

• Responsible for ensuring that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method of

Statement and IFC (Issue For Construction) drawings.

• Responsible for reviewing the IFC drawings and Inspection documents and ensuring they

comply with client’s requirements.

• Responsible for ensuring all activities are done as per approved IFC drawings and Client’s

standards.

• Responsible for raising NCR (Non-Conformity Report) and corrective action if the work done

is not as per specification, Method of Statement and/or approved drawings.

• Responsible for making ‘As-Built’ drawings if any modifications are made while installing

equipment.

• Responsible for raising RFI for Loop Check Activities for Pre-Commissioning.
