With 38 years in the construction industry and currently a General Building contractor since 1981 I have worked hands on with most phases of the residential building process. My experiences range from addition and remodels to custom home building from the planning process to turn key. Estimating labor costs, calculating and ordering materials, scheduling sub-contractors/suppliers, procuring permits, directing traffic and orchestrating large projects have primarily become my expertise over the years. I am reliable, dependable, organized and I always strive to be on time. Worked with the client and architect in the design process
Obtained all the approvals in the permit process
Coordinated with land surveyor, General Engineering contractor and utility companies
• General Contracted 4-5000+ sq. ft. homes for TM Development. 2000-2004 Rockwood Estates.
Worked with the clients, structural engineers, architect and building officials/inspectors from ground breaking through completion
Procured competitive sub-contract proposal’s and coordinated all scheduling and inspections

I started in the construction industry in May 1973 as a union production framing carpenter for 4 years. I went on to custom home framing through 1983. I received my contractor’s license in October 1981.
