 Witnessed on behalf of EPCM Contractor all weld procedure qualification test, including laboratory conducted mechanical and destructive test.

 Witnessed on behalf of EPCM Contractor Welder Performance Testing.

 Monitored on a daily basis that welding is being correctly applied to specific job tasks and that it is being carried out in accordance with the relevant WPS.

 Monitored of various welding process like GTAW, FCAW, SAW, EGW and SMAW for different type of material such as 9%Ni (A553Type II), Al, Cu-Ni, Cr-Mo (P11, P22,P5, P91),16 Mo3,C & SS( Duplex & Austhenetic ) and others.

 Monitored those welding consumables handling is following the relevant WPS and Manufacturer’s recommendations, such as in storage, issuing control, pre baking etc.

 Day to day monitoring of welding activities in general, especially in areas where safety is of paramount importance.

 Reviewed weld tracking (Weld History Sheet) on a daily basis ensure entries are correct.

 Ensured where applicable that post heating and post weld heat treatments are being executed in accordance with approved procedures.

 Checking the Punch listing items as per P & ID and Isometric such as Pipe supports, Valves, Guides, Shoe supports and NDT Completion and approving releasing packages for Hydro test

 Witnessed, reviewed of documents and approved all Pneumatic and Hydrostatic testing on behalf of EPCM Contractor.

 Reviewed the Radiographic Films on behalf of EPCM Contractor according to

 Analysis of Phase Array UT Images using Tomoview.

 Conducted random Positive Material Identification counter check.
