Assisting in restructuring my family’s $15 million a year and 120 employee glass and aluminum unitized window and curtain wall systems business.
1996- 2008 : President / Owner : CZECH Aerospace s.r.o. (Prague, Czech Republic)
Managed my own airline and aerospace management consulting and business jet sales business. Worked with Cessna, Raytheon and Gulfstream to penetrate Eastern European market while working with Cessna on product improvements and competitor analysis. As consultant with Evektor Aircraft, developed the VUT-100 and EV-55 aircraft through detailed market, competitor and product analysis.

Recruited by the President of the national flag carrier to turnaround the poor performing division. Accomplished substantial revenue increases combined with cost reductions through better efficiencies and better planning during the 1 year contract.

Ran a commercial aircraft brokerage business, from 19 seat turboprops to Boeing aircraft. Also undertook commercial aircraft brokering of dry and wet (ACMI) leases throughout the world.

Started the first dedicated executive aircraft charter and management company in Eastern Europe, with (2) Cessna Citation X’s, (1) Cessna Citation III, and (1) King Air B300 .
