• Managed conversion of a Company of 4 manufacturing sites and one technology center to become ISO-9000 certified in less than 9 months.

• Designed and implemented manufacturing process for national trucking industry to provide instrument consol controls and cab interiors based off of daily on demand order needs.

• Developed and managed redesign of residential furniture construction to provide 101 configuration options from one platform using CNC technology as opposed to one layer platform option and reduced operating cost.
