Preformed minor surgeries, collected blood samples, and placed peripheral intravenous and urinary catheters, esophagostomy tubes, and central venous catheters. • The medical record sent to the regular veterinarian consisted of a presenting complaint, complete history given by the owner, physical exam findings, differential diagnoses, diagnostic test results and interpretations, a tentative or definitive diagnosis, treatment recommendations and plan, and documentation of client communications.
