PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Honda of Conyers May 2009 to March 2010 General Sales Manager

* Took over a Honda store that had been losing money since its purchase in August 2008 and got it back to profitability the first month out and has been consistently profitable ever since.

*Dramatically increased used car and certified car sales with a $1600 increase in the used car per copy .

* Assisted used car manager in purchasing the correct vehicles to compliment our inventory as well as special emphasis on sub-prime units.

* Worked with the finance director in increasing F&I numbers using a menu sell approach as well as beginning a dedicated sub-prime department with its own sub-prime F & I manager.

* Have averaged a little over a 30% increase in volume as well in new and used numbers over last years month to month comparison.

* General duties of a sales manager including desking of all deals as well as hiring and training sales staff.
