Preparing Quality Documentation ,Sampling Plan, QMP for Newly Launched Product

SMT Line setup (Buy-Off) for new product introduction (NPI), Carry out experimentation, process capability studies/ other technical evaluation to improve yield & Quality of SMT Top and Bottom.

Preparing CAPA(Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for the problems coming on the shop floor with the help of various quality tools.

Implementing quality systems/procedures in the organization to reduce rejections.

Auditing of the quality management system, ESD Conformance reporting non-conformances, identifying the root causes and effectively implementing corrective actions.
