1. Process Definition
o Defining (Business Profile, Workflows, Work Instructions, Guidelines,
Quality formats) and implementing development processes based on CMMi
Dev 1.3.
o Defining Flow chart for better understanding of Process with in the
organisation.
2. Project Facilitation
o Provide facilitation by assisting Project Manager during the Project
Planning phase in establishing the overall project plans, assist in
taking appropriate tailoring from the Organization Standard Process
(OSP) to define the 'Project's Development Standard Process' (PDSP)
