Four Years providing Project Management services in the construction remodeling and security industries. My home construction background includes project managing a 749 unit apartment remodel, recently a VA Hospital up Grade and numerous residential burglar, fire, card access and video system security system installations.

Project accomplishments include Oak Creek Apartment Renovation in Palo Alto $750,000 per year project for over five years. In addition managed a San Francisco Veterans Hospital Project, Up Grading a Psychiatric Ward. Bob filled the required position of competent person on site. The hospital project administrator requested a change order for the psychiatric up grade job, Bob coordinated the proposal costing for a $102,000.00 change order for a renovated new ceiling.

Managed a team of company employees sold projects and directed plan documentation for clients like California Lottery, Lockheed Martin, CISCO Systems, Ariba Inc, Wells Fargo Bank, PG&E, Coherent Laser, real estate developer Gerson Baker and the United States Department for Veterans Affairs.
