I was recruited to this position from Texas. It is a very high-end property with a mix of properties
including bungalows, individual homes, condominiums, private Shark’s Tooth
golf course and club. It is a gated and very secure community and also an animal/plant sanctuary.

Full responsibility for the operation and management of a private , gated community consisting of
lots, homes and townhomes. The community also has a 9 hole executive golf course, a private 160 slip
marina, multiple tennis courts, floating restaurant, large private park, multiple meeting facilities, library, l
large exercise facility , large green belt areas and multiple private docks owned by the POA. I am respon-
sible for liason with the local village council, water and fire departments. I am also responsible for secur-
ity and security staff, including special lake events of several thousand people. I manage a staff of 20 plus
contract security. The community is still growing with lots yet to be built on. I work with seven(7)
