-Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates within hours due to the urgency of a position. Closed an out of state position in 3 days. Maintained candidate interest, conducted initial phone screening, scheduled technical screening, and offer letter was delivered Monday.
-Specialized in technical positions requiring government clearances or the ability to obtain a clearance including; IT support, Systems Admin, .Net Developers, Project/Program Managers, Web Developers, Database Administrator.
-Company was able to apply for additional million dollar contracts at year end with up to 30 positions needed per contract in less than 30 days. I was able to provide 42 candidates over a weekend that were qualified for the new positions.
