PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS
- Directed and responsible for the overall management of multiple construction projects from award to close-out and within budget and time constraints.
- Managed the purchasing of material, labor and subcontractors making sure each conformed to the scope of work while controlling the overall budget. Validated all subcontractors’ change orders by: 1) making sure that the proposed change order is valid 2) verifying that the price is fair and competitive 3) making sure that the scope of work is correct.
