Manage and oversee construction of the Century Business Center in Hawthorne. This project consisted of 21 office / warehouse buildings and all associated 17 acre siteowrk. The sitework on this project was particularly difficult as the project was built on the former Northrop Aviation site with considerable existing buried utilities unknown to the owner and consultants. Valued at $17,000,000.
Various other small projects including a 3 story addition to a Jewish Boys High School $4,000,000.

This included the addition of a 30,000 sf. steel framed structure Ballroom with a roof top terrace for evening events. Addition of a Spa with whirlpools, swimming pool, massage and therapy rooms. Addition of a Family Pool area with a 100,000 gal. swimming pool, whirlpool, computer controlled water features, water slide and landing pool for family entertainment. Remodel the existing resort restaurants and kitchen areas. Assist the Senior V.P of estimating in the estimating of projects between $20,000,000.00 and $150,000,000.00 in California and Nevada.
Estimate and manage all phases of Belmont Village Burbank assisted living complex. A four story structural steel, 147 units with common areas over a concrete subterranean parking structure. $15,500,000.00
Estimate and manage all phases of Belmont Village of Rancho Palos Verdes assisted living complex. A 3 story structural steel, 125 units with common areas, kitchen, dining, etc. $17,000,000.00
Estimate and manage all phases of Carmax Irvine super auto dealership. 17 acres of pavement and landscaping, 2 tilt up buildings, storefronts and structural steel roof structures – one the sales and service building 60,000 sf – the other a Final Quality Control building 10,000sf. $13,000,000 5 months to construct.

Manage and oversee all phases of the Lynwood High School construction a $50,000,000.00 plus Public works project fully State funded. The project consisted of three story structural steel classroom buildings clad in pre-cast and thin shell concrete panels, CMU gymnasium and shop buildings, single story structural steel pre-cast clad library, lunch, and administration buildings, pre-tensioned parking and tennis court building. This project is the largest, dollar wise, High School built in California.
Manage and oversee, from design through occupancy, phase I of the UCLA Student Family Housing, a $50,000,000.00 plus project. The project consisted of 930 type V apartment units in three story buildings. Along with a central administration center with pool, child care center with playground and all the amenities required for the Students with families attending UCLA.
