Grew the region at 30% per year and generated $500M in revenue. Revamped indirect distribution channels in the US that resulted in an increase in sales of 50% for each year of the program.

1987-1992
Managed a staff of approximately 90 professionals and directed an R&D budget of $85M that generated $500 M for the company’s PBX business unit. Led the global product management and US product marketing teams and successfully orchestrated a major global launch of the Meridian 1, and created a successful migration strategy from the old to the new product line.
