Evaluated Mfg's Service Bulletins and FAA AD's. Using airplane manuals, raised Inspections, Modifications, and Job Cards. Forward to Maintenance Planning. Audited airplane records. Prepared annual Gantt Charts. Planned and scheduled large airplanes for Maintenance checks. Computed latest airplane daily utilization. Used info to advise date to ground airplane for checks. Compiled job packages according to airplane type and forward to hangar floor. Flight duties as crew member on B707 flights.

7/5/11-8/1/11 CAS/Reliance San Bernardino, CA: B727-200 “C” Check project. Hired six weeks A320 project; worked temporarily on B727.
1/2011-2/2011 Pacific Aerospace/Global, Victorville, CA: Audited and maintained retired
DC10 and B737 records/history: Parts #s, Serial #s, and Line #. Researched Manuals for requisite information. Documented aircraft parts for sale.
4/2010- 9/2010 Northrop Grumman, Lake Charles, LA: USAF KC10. Hired for six months USAF DC10 tanker project. Rotated CLG Oleo bearing assembly per SB. Serviced CLG. Restored CF-50 air starter valve filter and hydraulic aux pump filters. Degreased, alodined, and primed fuselage panels. Re-installed AC unit bypass valve. Serviced #1 engine fire loop. Replaced cabin inward pressure relief valve filters. Replaced LDG cockpit position indicator bulbs. Assisted in installing doublers on KC10 fuselage fuel tank side support frames.
7/2008-1/2009 Honeywell Aerospace/Manpower, Phoenix, AZ: Inspector APU Staging.
Hired by Edwin Vasquez but deployed immediately to work as Inspector in “APU Staging” under Leslie King. Duties included Inspection of new and reworked/modified B777, B747, B737, A330, A320 APU turbine rotors and other APU parts for conformance to specifications. Audited life-limited parts. Prepared parts for issue of FAA 8130s. Bought off parts not conforming to specs after rectification. This was a busy six months contract hire.
8/2007-6/2008 Chromalloy Gas Turbines, Phoenix, AZ (Direct): Inspected and repaired jet
Engine compressor & turbine segments to original specs and contour after welding/brazing, using equipment and gauges. Routed parts for NDT inspection.
12/2006-7/2007 National Aviation, Tempe, AZ: Inspector; receiving, production, & final.
Verified correct installation of Escape Slides assembly using calipers, micrometers and gauges. Inspected and bought back discrepancies after correction by production. Performed GD&T. Also performed final assembly inspections before shipping Escape Slides to airlines.
12/2005-11/2006 Modern Industries/Direct, Phoenix, AZ: FAA Repair Station. Stints also at Esco/Express (Tempe): Production (Clean-room) of Wafer Chambers used for aerospace PCB manufacture. Prepared chambers for final acceptance tests.
12/2004-12/2005 Triumph Corp., Tempe, AZ: Inspector/setter/operator CNC machines. Inspected machined parts coming off CNC machines using micrometers, gauges and special airflow tester (fixture/rig). Ensured process control by hourly sampling of machined parts, followed by plotting of Statistical QC Graphs. Appraised for rework batches with parts that failed sampling criteria. Replaced worn/cratered cutting tools; reset CNC machines.
