The Company: MARSON'S ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES is one of the leading manufacturer & exporter of Power & Distribution Transformers in India. It has today grown to workmen strength of about 300 with a sales turnover to the tune of US$ 25 Million with 50-50 share of domestic & exports sales. Developing its own engineering strength, Marson’s has a design and manufacturing capacity upto 30 MVA Power & Distribution Transformers in 36 KV class. With the major increase in demand from domestic & international market Marson’s had setup another unit at Bharatpur (Rajasthan, India). With a vision of boosting exports Marson’s is shortly coming up with its 100% EOU in special economic zone of Mahindra World City, Jaipur.

Key Result Areas

• To carry out Manpower Planning, recruitment & selection.

• To Carry Out Performance Appraisal.

• Arranging & conducting Interviews, Initial screening the candidates, helping in recruitment processes.

• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

• Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.

• Preparation of Salary Statement & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip and leave encashment.

• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees along with

• Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.

• Preparing training calendar, coordinate required training programmes & Induction of new employees.

• Ensure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans, factory License, Shop & establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis. Liaison with all Government Agencies ensuring adherence to compliance.

• Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.

• Statutory compliances as enacted under various labour laws as well as maintenance of legal record and returns.

• Disciplinary actions, advice on disciplinary rules, procedure and actions, conducting domestic inquiries etc.
