Responsibilities:

Accurately Perform & maintain required properties of drilling fluid to optimize drilling operations.

Detailed Mud testing both chemical and physical tests and product recommendations on assigned project(s), to ensure that the drilling fluid meets the specifications outlined in the Drilling Fluids Program.

To Perform additional Pilot testing of the fluid in order to improve/ optimize/ adapt treatments and minimize fluid and related drilling problems.

Prepare Daily Mud Report containing a brief but detailed summary of the past 24 hours operation, mud treatment & discussions, Well Site Inventory, Daily Mud Volume Accounting & Daily Product Concentrations.

Maintain a product inventory on location with sufficient products to meet all fluid- related requirements of the project.

Compliance with all HSE policies, and participation in the safety programs.

Regular discussion of required Mud treatments as per Drilling operations/Optimum drilling with Office.

Communication with the delivering warehouse on product availability for each drilling interval and any specialty chemicals required for the well.

Prepare Well recap, Phase Reports, Chemicals Consumption for each phase, Problem encountered during drilling & Causes Reports, & Well Completion Report with recommendation & Lesson Learned for Future Planning.
