• Managed the millwork renovation of the Baltimore Hyatt Hotel including the lobby, ballroom, restaurant and pre-function areas.

 The project was performed under the $250,000 budget and ahead of schedule.

 Maintain an ongoing 12 year relationship providing periodic services at (2) Maryland Hyatt properties.

• Managed the turnkey construction as a general contractor of 17 Waffle House restaurants in 5 states.

 Provided consulting and expediting services to achieve timely permit processing and variances.

 Regularly provided solutions to difficult engineering and utility issues keeping projects on track.

 Communicated with code officials and developed solutions while maintaining clients brand identity design features.

• Provided consulting, management and general contracting services for the construction of (3) Bistro Sandwich Café restaurants.
