Hired as carpenter. Selected by foreman to supervise 16 Afghan laborers on 12-hour shifts/7 days a week on a military base serving 2,000+ international personnel in an active war zone. Execute work orders (roughly $200K/month) and ensure QA/QC, OSHA, and DOD compliance. Write operations and situation reports.

• Successfully led completion of a dining facility remodel, 2 large housing facility repairs after bomb attack, and scheduled preventative maintenance inspections on 170+ structures during the busy Ramadan period. Maintained QA/QC compliance, deadlines, and scheduling integrity throughout.

• Selected out of 350 employees for Excellence in Quality Award.
