Sr. Data Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant/ Project Coordinator - Mother Clara Pfaender Healthy Connections Grant- Provide administrative support to Physician, Supervisors, Managers and Staff. Compile and produce information for reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables. Created a tracking database/ program for this start up program as a tool to create and generate data reports. Streamlined the way general office function processes were ran. Provide Secretarial/ Office Assistant functions. Identify problems and issues to moderately complex problems, research and evaluate possible solutions using available resources, independently handle all routine casework and process semi-complex cases. Assist in logistics surrounding internal and external outreach events.
