Qualifications
I am experienced in sales service and all aspects of scheduling quality
control and work well with people. As well as hands on experience in all areas of
construction and design. I have extensive work and life experience with
decorators architects, inspectors, real estate sales and financial staff, as well as
maintaining a repoire with craftsmen. My experience includes not only extensive
operations and inspections but hands on experience with the details of every
trade. So that, I have a good understanding of what is involved in the nuts and
bolts of every project. Also, I have many years experience in reading and
interpreting blue prints and shop drawings. My 40 years experience has been
planned and purposeful.

While employed in this company I established a commercial division. And bid
jobs in the $250,000 range through the builders exchange in Memphis.
Specializing in smaller, more technical projects. These included, remodel in City
of Memphis Hospital computer rooms, remodel of ICG Railroad roundhouse and
facilities for 200 men in the car shed. At Air National Guard I remodeled the
parachute drying towers to accommodate 4 floors of offices. I then installed
simulator bays at Fed ex in their training facility. At Memphis Zoo I constructed a
reserve bird house and worked with the City of Germantown and Jaycees on a
pavilion built in city hall park.

I worked as personal projects director for the company owner exclusively for over
15 years. After constructing his personal residence of 12,000 sq ft on an 8 acre
estate, I was also initiating and constructing build outs on commercial properties
and businesses. Some of these were a series of small money lending
establishments known as Quick Cash in the tri-state area. Our company
purchased and I renovated 4 houses on Pickwick Lake. Also a restaraunt, night
club in Pickwick called Freddy T's which included a large commercial addition.
My next project was Pickwick Pines Resort. I built prototypes, helped establish a
method of operations and quality control. The scope of the project was 260
homes and still growing. I also built and helped design all the common areas. In
addition I over saw a small development of approximately 30 lots in Oxford, Ms
and completion of construction of 2 houses in that development. I still continue
to be available as a subcontractor to McMeans and Associates, Skyline Steel,
Lakeside Properties, The Door Shop and others in this area for maintainance and
new construction.
