Personal Mission Statement
It has been my goal in life to create for my family a better life than the one my father provided for his family. This in itself is a lofty goal considering his success. I will do everything in my power to raise children of integrity, faith, and a desire to achieve greatness. To this end, I will do whatever it takes to be a great husband, father and provider for my family. I’ve decided the clearest path, given my skill set, is to invest in real estate on multiple fronts: as a landlord, as a purchaser and seller, and finally as an advisor to other investors. My goal is to create a balance between my personal and professional life that will give me the most fulfillment in both arenas.
Personal Goals and Company Expectations
My personal goals are two-fold. The first is to create a level of wealth for myself and my family that money will never be a concern. The second is to always work as hard as I can while conducting myself with honesty and integrity. The first goal may be criticized by some, but I believe it’s the attitude one needs to accomplish the American Dream. No one ever strives to be poor. Creating wealth not only provides me with the resources to live the way I want to, but also will provide me with the ability to invest in others that they may be able to achieve their goals. In order to achieve this, I’m planning on owning several investment properties (single family, multi-family, and commercial) that provide a continual stream of income while I also purchase homes, remodel them and resell them. This goal is meaningless, however, if not done in a manner that is not ethical, honest, and done with integrity. It requires hard work which can translate into long hours, working smarter, or a combination of the two.
I would expect the company to challenge me daily with aggressive sales goals while teaching me the ins and outs of the real estate investment world. My greatest skill is my ability to work well under stressful conditions while maintaining my focus. I am still able to see the big picture while focusing on the details. I am able to analyze a situation quickly and have never met a person that I have not been able to relate to in some manner. It is my hope that they would recognize and utilize these skills in order to increase sales and profits. I would hope that my desire to learn, work hard, and make money for the team and myself would be challenged daily.
