Southglenns Block 2, Centennial , Colorado
Superintendent on a $35million mixed used building that is the main residential part of the Southglenns Mall redevelopment. The project includes a 5 story post tension parking structure through podium; below there are 25 retail spots and above are 202 wood framed apartments wrapping the parking structure. Responsible for supervising all structural steel, all MEP’s, and all finishes. Managed all submittal reviews, coordination, scheduling, 3rd party and city inspections, and quality control.
FireClay IV Lofts Denver, Colorado
Lead Superintendent
Lead super of an $8 million, 53 unit project in downtown Denver. This included for sale condominiums and town homes for Urban Ventures LLC. Parking garage is a podium slab with 3 floors of stick framed units about. Full field responsibilities of project included complete coordination of all subs, consultants, engineers, architects, owners, and city and 3rd party inspectors. Worked closely with pre-con as well as office operations staff before, during, and after project completion. Project was completed within budget and on schedule.

Supervised the front end of a 438 unit (15 buildings) apartment community with a 5 story parking structure. Responsible for dealing with all aspects of construction from underground utilities through first trim. This included scheduling, supervision, and inspection of all subcontractors. Coordinated all county, city, and third party inspections. Managed Safety Control including meetings, daily inspections, reports, and assisting third party safety consultants.
