• Led a team of 30 subcontractor representatives in global task tracking – from cost proposal, deployment and debrief for completed tasks.

• Streamlined set up of Subcontracts Purchase Order, during the company’s migration to the new accounting system. Reduced processing PO’s, invoice payment by 50%.

Provided support to the Operations major programs in support of the Government 911 initiatives. Programs from various agencies – DOH, DOJ, DOD, FBI, and CIA.
