Achievement(s):

• Saved Rs 47 Lacs (851.5 million liters of water) in FY 08 and Rs. 23 Lakh (416.7 million liters of water) in FY 09 in water cost with improvement in water management & chemistry at Tata Power Co. Ltd. Received award in both the years. Water cost at Tata Power Jojobera Power Plant is Rs. 5.52 per m3.

• Saved Chemicals of DM plant by optimizing OBR based on ionic load worth Rs.18 Lakh at The Tata Power Co. Ltd. Got the DM water cost down to Rs. 19.01 from Rs. 25.68 per m3.

• Saved Rs 54 lacs per annum at cooling water treatment in Power Plant for M/S Raymond Ltd.

• Successfully verified/edited design, erected & commissioned three projects of water pretreatment, DM Plant, including UF & RO for more than 35 m3/Hr each at different locations

• Complete setting up of power plant chemistry laboratory for 3 different projects.

• Got award for 100% fly ash utilization and twice on water cost saving.

• Managed environment for 3 projects & 1 operating stations without any adverse notices.

(b) their treatment practices including optimization at the project conceptualization and implementation stage,

(c) Erection and Commissioning of Chemical systems including, Condensate Polishing, SWAS, Chemical dosing, Pre treatment system, RO system, Demineralization System, Industrial Effluent System, Domestic Sewage System, Chlorination System etc.

(d) Stabilization of the different chemical systems.
