• Met goals of 1,350 side-by-side refrigerators in an eight-hour shift with a 19.66 second job cycle time per assembler at 90% loading or better.
• Ran mixed models, performed on-line repairs, off-line repairs and post-shift maintenance to avoid downtime estimated at $350 per minute down. Always met and exceeded Company production and quality goals.
• Safety Co-Chair for twenty-five foot line (11 million man-hours without a lost time accident).
