Duties and Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the installation of lighting system, power system, fire alarm system, telephone, intercom & Air Conditioning system.
o Responsible for the installation of conduit cable, pulling cable tray, termination of high, medium and low voltage switchgear and panel boards.
o Responsible for the testing and commissioning work for various insulation resistance cable, transformer, hi-potential test (Hi-POT), earth resistance test.
o Plan, organize, schedule and supervise work and equipment force during construction. Program the working activities of sub-contractors and do the necessary co-ordination for other installation interfacing related matter.
o Preparation of electrical design, computation analysis both power and lighting, riser diagram, power auxiliary system and revision of material take off (MTO) resulting from changes.
o Managed the project requirements and progress by preparing continuous daily, weekly and monthly status report, monitoring changes and out of scope of work and in change for the collection of progress billing.
o Responsible for preparation of bill of quantity for electrical equipment, cables
earthling system, lighting system and lightning protection system.
o Transformers sizing calculations.
