During my last semester at the University of Michigan – Flint, I completed an independent study under a professor. During this time I was able to learn basic skills. Such skills include making agar, using an autoclave, streaking plates, stocking back, making and using a PCR, handling mouse blood and using aseptic techniques. I am also familiar with Microsoft Word, Works and Power point.
