09/10 to 12/10 Surveyor- Cajun Constructors Valero H.C.U. Port Arthur, TX. Assisting Party Cheif in all structural concrete and underground pipe layout. Responsible for communicating with craft supervisors and office personell. Maintaining proper control and benchark elevations throughout the site.

03/09 to 08/10 Surveyor Party Cheif- Becon Construction Motiva C.E.P. Port Arthur, TX. Duties include supervising layout and check out of all concrete foundations, structural steel, vessels and modules in the NPC unit. Responsible for maintaining control and elevation locations in and around the unit. Coordinating with engineering and civil supervisors for all pours and setting of vessels and modules.

10/07 to 01/09 Engineer Technician/ Surveyor- Becon Construction, Sandow S.E.S Unit 5, Rockdale, TX. My responsibilities include checking the tension of all structural bolts throughout the boilers, turbine and baghouse structures. Checking the structures for misfabs and reporting on other fabrication errors. Other duties include concrete layout and as builting various structures, aswell as all settlement monitering.

10/06 to 09/07 Construction Surveyor – Becon Construction, Sandow S.E.S. Unit 5, Rockdale, TX. Responsibilities included foundation and bolt layout and checks, mapping of site, pipe isometric layout, and checking plumb of 5A Boiler tier one steel. Training and supervising new rodmen and other instrument men. Also, responsible for turbine building foundation and table top embedded plates and elevations.

05/06 to 09/06 Construction Surveyor - Fru-con Construction, Florida Power & Light Power Plant, Precipitators Unit 3 and 4 Fort Lauderdale, FL. I was responsible for checking plumb on the structure walls and columns. Also for setting the perforator plates and curtains on line as well as setting the high and low voltage frames on alignment. My surveys were the final check on all systems.

02/06 to 05/06 Construction Surveyor - Holder Engineering Service, Holder Construction, College of Charleston Project, Charleston, SC. I was responsible for setting points and elevations for the pile driver as well as keeping up with instrument maintenance and training new hires.

11/04 to 02/06 Instrument Man - The Industrial Company (TIC), Santee Cooper Power Plant Unit 3 and 4, Cross, SC. My duties included checking plumb on all columns for the SCR and boiler buildings and setting on elevation shim packs and base plates. I was also responsible for aligning the steam drum and all its pertaining pipe headers, the setting of all ductwork on location and elevation inside the boiler and SCR buildings.

My responsibilities included maintaining the instruments and other equipment as well as supervising the caisson drilling and placement on line and elevation.
