I am pleased to have the opportunity to speak on Randy Sloane. He came to the Radisson Hotel in Norfolk, VA. at a time that the Accounting Department was in complete disarray. Upon my arrival as manager, there was a temp accountant who had been there for a number of months. She was followed by an accountant that couldn't deal with the mess he was handed. He was replaced with a CPA who also had difficulty reorganizing the department. I then hired Randy to come in and realign the department. He did an outstanding job in organizing and training his staff to redistribute the responsibilities so that we could get back on top of the operations.
