• Handling all intercompany activities like AR, AP, Netting, Reconciliation, Reporting, etc. Job responsibilities include:

• Receiving intercompany AR invoices from field finance and timely submission of the same to client entities, extracting invoice details from SL and update the spreadsheet accordingly.

• Processing all AP invoices in SL approved by the client and keeping a track on them.

• Sending outstanding balance details to customer entities and receiving the same from suppliers in ICS database, reaching on agreement accordingly during monthly closing.

• Running Netting Application programme in SL to close all the invoices paid in ICS Netting. Taking care of FX Adjustments for all foreign currency denominated invoices.

• Preparing Intercompany Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (AR, AP, AP Accrual & Netting Reserve) to match the balance between GL & SL and also between GL & ICS. Analysing the variance, if any, and interpreting the same, taking corrective actions accordingly.

• Preparing some key reports like intercompany Dispute Reporting, Cash Inflow Reporting, Revenue & Cost Reporting, etc.

• Handling special requests on ad-hoc basis.
