Significant Contribution & Achievements

• Reduction of Man Hours/HPLC Hours by 260 h per year and generation of additional capacity of one HPLC system by introducing a new improvised method by HPLC for the test of Related Substances..

• Savings of Rs. 2.2 lakhs coupled with reduction in 450 Man Hours per year and 950 HPLC hours by introducing a new method by UPLC for test of related substances, pertaining to the analysis of an immediate release formulation.

• Successfully carried out Analytical Method Validation for 11 drug products

• Reduced the paper consumption in the laboratory to 50% by introducing printing of multiple chromatograms per page.

• Reduced the paper consumption in the laboratory to 90% by introducing printing of multiple samples in one test data sheet for scale up.
