2010 – Current Quality Regulatory Compliance Manager Honeywell Aerospace de México

Mexicalli B.C., México

Supervision and management of two certified (FAA AND DGAC certifications) repair shops for: instruments, electrical components and mechanical components.

Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Materials, and AMS Global Business to ensure that regulatory requirements are addressed and accomplished.

Implementation cost improvement strategies, such like 2 CONACTY projects for Technological Skills Development program for operative and staff personnel.

Prepare, coordinate, maintains and attends internal and external regulatory audits. (FAA, AS9100. DGAC, CAC, EASA). Provide adequate guidance, training and support to all operational areas to resolve any regulatory compliance or quality issues.

Mandatory, 6 Sigma and Technical trainings control procedures and evaluation of all operative staff.

Standardization of documents for Global Repair Development. (ORI, CMM, IRM) under iSpec ATA 2200, ASME Y14, ATA 100 and development of new repairs.

Project management of development and implementation of Repairs on R&O certified shop for Honeywell Aerospace products.

Green Belt DFSS certification, assignation and administration tasks.

Global support for Prince Edward Island like, improve analysis of FPY with 6 sigma tools, new repair development in the Innovation PEI Pilot Fund Support Project.

2006 – 2007 Design Engineer on Aircraft Engines General Electric CIAT
