2010 – Current Quality Regulatory Compliance Manager Honeywell Aerospace de México

Mexicalli B.C., México

Supervision and management of two certified (FAA AND DGAC certifications) repair shops for: instruments, electrical components and mechanical components.

Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Materials, and AMS Global Business to ensure that regulatory requirements are addressed and accomplished.

Implementation cost improvement strategies, such like 2 CONACTY projects for Technological Skills Development program for operative and staff personnel.

Prepare, coordinate, maintains and attends internal and external regulatory audits. (FAA, AS9100. DGAC, CAC, EASA). Provide adequate guidance, training and support to all operational areas to resolve any regulatory compliance or quality issues.

Mandatory, 6 Sigma and Technical trainings control procedures and evaluation of all operative staff.

3 successful FAA and DGAC audit’s for each one of the R&O Shops re-certifications.

2007 – 2009 Global Repair Development Engineer Honeywell Aerospace de México

Standardization of documents for Global Repair Development. (ORI, CMM, IRM) under iSpec ATA 2200, ASME Y14, ATA 100 and development of new repairs.

Project management of development and implementation of Repairs on R&O certified shop for Honeywell Aerospace products.

Green Belt DFSS certification, assignation and administration tasks.

Global support for Prince Edward Island like, improve analysis of FPY with 6 sigma tools, new repair development in the Innovation PEI Pilot Fund Support Project.

Conceptual design, Design development, implementation and certification of the UNIQUE repair procedure for AC Generator Main Rotor Assembly with the manufacture line, two different products in one line assembly.

2006 – 2007 Design Engineer on Aircraft Engines General Electric CIAT

Queretaro, Qro., México

Redesign in external areas such as tubes and brackets and manifolds of the aircraft engine model GE90.

Creation of proposals for cost reduction and design optimization in external configurations.

Analysis interpretation of high and low fatigue cycles for GE90 Aircraft engine using ANSYS.

Research on compatible materials for assemblies and configurations.

2005 – 2006 Structures Repair Engineer TDZ Turbines

Zihuatanejo.Gro., México

Working in development of Technical Documents for Aircraft Engines in GE Transportations.

Analysis of manufacturing procedure to develop the repair in the Structure Part of the Aircraft Engine.

Research and evaluation of applicable materials to the repair procedure.

Work with technical documents with the guide of the Illustrate Parts Catalogue, and the Standard Practice Manual of General Electric Company and all the technical documents done are published in the Service Manual for the GE Aircraft Engines.
