Assistant Manager / Senior Designer - Powersports Division

Department Management (2003-2011)

Created overall business strategy and schedule based on the company’s long-term product line-up. Managed and coordinated staff resource allocation for all design, clay modeling, digital modeling, and color and graphics projects encompassing the entire Powersports market. Established operation and workflow policy and procedure protocols.

• Developed and implemented project tracking system that drastically improved department efficiency and organization.

• Estimated and controlled design department budget including project, fixed asset, labor, and vehicle budgets resulting in a 50% reduction over two years.

Project Management (1996 - 2011)
