Key Responsibilities:

• Women Empowerment Program (SHG formation, SHG management training & exposure visit, SHG bank linkages, SHG member life insurance) and capacity building of Block/Cluster Coordinators for managing day to day affairs of SHGs in their respective Clusters. Providing micro-finance support to rural entrepreneurs and farmers to make self-sustainable viable units of development in the project area and capacity building of target beneficiary.

• Identification of income generation activities for different clusters under rural industry promotion program, ensuring skill training, linkage with Govt. schemes and Banks to ensure self employment to rural poor youth. Apart from this, working for product development and market linkage for Lupin’s SHGs, and providing micro-finance support to rural entrepreneurs and farmers to make self-sustainable viable units of development in the project area and capacity building of target beneficiary.

• Evolving new projects, implementation of new projects and monitoring of ongoing projects, writing proposals and project report, action research and documentation

• Liasioning with funding agencies like NABARD and other banks, state and district administration, other stakeholders and partners. Participation in workshops, attend meetings and represent our Foundation at relevant forums.

• To search village areas where the women are involving in prostitution, & take them away from this kind of work. And giving them some work related to small industries such work are making candle light; doing some ornamental work on clothes ect. And make them self-responsible.
