I am very familiar with all moisture testing procedures.Have performed countless moisture tests in my 39 years.

I have my own equipment for in-situ probes and have done many, many Calcium Chloride and in-situ probe test in the past, from new constuction to locating and mapping the water under Gypcrete for a restoration company in a five story dorm building that flooded on the fifth floor. I also have equipment for non-destructive metering and have used both Rapid RH and currently use Tramex probes and meters.

I am a FCITS Certified Carpet Inspector and do moisture testing for contractors presently. While I was at FCITS my instructor suggested I contact you do to my extensive background and knowledge of flooring.

I believe you would find me to be a very detail oriented person, with a experience based knowledge of all aspects of flooring and what moisture can do to flooring. I have attended manufacturers training classes such as Wilsonart, Mannington, Armstrong, Schluter just to name a few. I am the only certified Amtico installer in our area.
