. Payroll Upload Modifications: Make the Payroll Upload process more

automated and efficient.

. Create a Data Snapshot Program for Timesheet/Payroll Issues: To help

track and troubleshoot payroll and timesheet load issues, we will be

creating a data snapshot program to capture Payline and earnings

information before and after the paycalcs and timesheet load programs

run.

. Remove Payroll Processing Security Customizations: The administration and

processing of the Mon Life Agents payroll is moving from Baltimore to

Cedar Rapids. Currently there is custom code that prevents the Mon Life

agent payroll users from adding or updating pay sheets to the other

payrolls and vice versa. Also there is custom logic that prevented a pay

calendar from being modified between the pay groups and that prevented

run controls from being added.

. Q3 2012 ADP Tax Reporting Update: ADP will be implementing system changes

to support reporting mandates for New Mexico SUI and New York SIT.

. Salary (Payroll) Accrual Program Modification: Salary Accrual data is
