August 2002 – February 2010 Peoria County Courthouse, Peoria IL
Facilities Manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of all County facilities to include: Allied Agencies Center, Peoria County Courthouse, Bel-Wood Nursing Home, Child Advocacy Center, Morgue, American Mausoleum, Hanna City Work Camp, Juvenile Detention Center, Emergency Weather Response Facility, Highway Facilities and E-911 Facility.
January 1995 – August 2002 Allied Agencies Center, Peoria, IL
Maintenance Director responsible for the Allied Agencies Center (77,229 sq.ft) and Juvenile Detention Center (12,500 sq. ft), complete maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical plumbing, and security system, scheduling outside contractors, supervising full time and contract personnel, as well as all Adult Probation Court Supervision personnel. Responsible for the operation, installation, and upgrade of Energy Management System for Central Plant Operation; Worked in secured facility with Peoria County Courts security clearance. Duties also included monitoring boiler and absorption chiller operations, safety officer, emergency asbestos removal, and training of maintenance staff.
