ACCOMPLISHMENTS
*Won 90% of all Unemployment Hearings due to my meticulous documentation and
outstanding representation of the company. This saved the company thousands of dollars in
unemployment wages that were not merited and kept our unemployment premium costs
low.
*Trained 200 employees in Customer Service, utilizing provided materials. I saved the
company the cost of hiring an outside consultant to teach the classes.
*Created and facilitated several training programs, including Diversity, Sexual Harassment,
Management Training and a New Hire Orientation for one location that was received so well
it was implemented corporate-wide.
*Resolved an OSHA complaint without my employer incurring any fines through
negotiation, addressing the problem quickly and responding professionally.
*Upon hire as HR Manager, retroactively reconciled 2 years of incorrectly processed payroll
and determined amount owed to all prevailing wage employees so that the company could
prepare settlements. From that point forward, all prevailing wages were processed
accurately and reports filed in a timely fashion.

Tao Group Director of Human Resources July 2011 – July 2012
*Director of Human Resources for Tao Group Las Vegas: Tao Restaurant and Nightclub and
Tao Beach at the Venetian Hotel; Lavo Restaurant and Nightclub at the Palazzo Hotel; and
Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for a total of 2300+ employees.
*Led a team of five to include an HR Manager, Generalist, Coordinator and Administrator.
*Processed/reconciled payroll utilizing Valiant PCS.
*Coordinated Beach and Dayclub Hiring to onboard 300 new seasonal employees in a 4-
week time frame.
*Implemented the interface between our time clock program, TimePro, and our payroll
