OEC Project-GE Healthcare
• Conducted testing of the system software X-ray machines for OEC-GE Healthcare for its accuracy in capturing the images and auto deletion of images, as per the software design, under various organs and tissues of the subject (patient). Reported the system crash due to operational error and frequent debugging to the software engineer for rectification and updation.
TQM - JIT in Logistics Business
• Effectively handled implementation of TQM - JIT in Logistics Business to enhance operational efficiency.

Reducing the Detention of the carrier (pickup or delivery) by 10%, Six Sigma GB Project (DMAIC Methodology)
• The project is focused on reduction in the detention time of the driver at the supplier from pickup arrival to pickup departure and the delivery arrival and delivery departure. The annual cost is to the tune of 130 MM and efforts are on to reduce it by 10 % by analyzing factors leading to detention.
