• Experienced professional with strong leadership & relationship building skill with 20 years of rich experience with Indian Air Force.

Supervisory experience :

In charge Operations in Control Tower, Flight Coordination Centre & Bird Hazard Control, Crash Crew, Security Guards, Flight Safety & Airfield Works Team(s).

Facilitate flight operations by obtaining various clearances provide Met Data, forecast and cautions/

warnings for the safety of aircraft both in air and ground.

• Coordinating between operation room and Air Force liaison cell at ATC.Obtaining ADC/FIC clearances for all departing and arriving aircraft.

• Maintaining data regarding flight arrival & departure.

• Controlling and coordinating VIP & VVIP movements.

• Passing Weather warning to team concerned with flight safety.

• Activating helipads for routine/VIP movements.

• Performing aircraft rescue and fire fighting duties.

Operations/Administration/Facility and inventory management:

General administration:

o Procurement, storage and judicious distribution of office equipment, stationery and monitoring stock levels.

o Ensuring Safety standards are maintained in the office premises

o Maintenance and up keeping of personnel records. (leave, tours etc., )

o Co-ordination with seniors during periodical meeting with staff heads and providing reports on the same with regard staff satisfactory levels, requirements etc.

Personnel Management

o Training Staff on the Process of Performance Appraisal Procedures and Motivation of personnel to meet the needs of the organization and ensuring that deadlines are met on Performance Appraisals. Maintaining records of individual performances.

o Welfare activities and handling of grievances of staff.

Inventory Management:

o Managing Inventory control system as per scale at any point of time.

o Demand and procurement of class A, B and C items as per requirement o Co-ordinate with logistics department.

Transport Management:

# Managing pick up and drop facilities.

# Tracking Vehicle Performances.

# Maintaining records of drivers on various parameters like driving standards, punctuality and cost control.

# Contract employees - work responsibilities, discipline, punctuality, leave records, standby requirements, payment of wages etc.

Office Supervisor and responsible for:

• Handling Departmental and civil correspondence.

• Coordinating with various Flying Training Establishments
