Residential Buyers Selling Agent responsibilities are to create a full understanding of the criteria in which the buyer is requesting in a home. Obtain through a web based Northwest Multiple Listing Service several candidate homes to preview and then show clients the qualities in each home that meet their criteria. Review all aspects of the purchasing process including the clients buying ability by getting pre-qualified by an accredited Financial Lender(s), process of Title and Escrow, Ernest money deposit; negotiate with the parties involved the best price and terms of the contract to purchase the home, complete knowledge and understanding of the legal binding contracts. Coordinate all paperwork and timelines, physical inspections of the home, review and problem solve the results of any and all inspection. Ensure a complete and successful sales transaction. Continue with all client care and maintained for future sales, referrals and prospecting.

Dental Implant Coordinator/Certified Oral Surgery Assistant
Full understanding of dental implants and products, surgical aspect, diagnosis and intense trouble shooting was required as Implant Coordinator.
Dental implant coordinator responsibilities included treatment planning, time management, proposal of financial arrangement contracts and negotiations, coordination of appointments between the restoring doctors and oral surgeon, liaison for oral surgeon and patient, also performing surgical assisting during the patient’s oral surgery.
Coordinator duties also included organizing quarterly Implant Study Group seminars presented by our oral surgeons to the local General Dentists. This included typing patient profiles, scanning photo images into Power Point for slide presentation, preparation of the seminar outline and menue, also phoning all local Dentists extending an invitation to our quarterly seminar.
