Founded by Brent Danninger, a pioneer in litigation economics. This company consisted of a group of economist who were licensed annuity brokers specializing in structured settlements.

I was hired as a receptionist and promoted to both Accounting and Office manager.

Several duties were handled with little to no supervision including the following:

• Checking and preparing insurance quotes

• Faxing, binding, and mailing reports

• Inventory and ordering all supplies

• Check and send emails and all reception duties

• Bank deposits and reconciliation

• Financial reports

• Cash Receipts and daily and monthly sales

• Accounts payable and receivables

• Insurance licensing and renewals

• Notary Public duties

• Filing and culling

Additional duties:

• I assisted a handicapped economist for the last few years I was there, doing most everything to help her except the actual calculations for the reports, which were highly specialized.

• Closed the office down by myself when it was sold to a Yuba City CPA as the principles were retiring.
