Metallurgical processes like metal manufacturing, processing (heat treatment etc.) and material testing, which includes but not limited tensile testing, microstructure analysis with sampling and sample preparation. Achievement: Introduce the advance planning / commissioning working system, which has reduced the idle hours / waiting hours of equipment ultimately reduced the idle hours and improved the productivity & utilization of all equipments by 6 to 8 %.

Worked as a shift supervisor in the heat treatment shop.

During the period I have been trained and get knowledge, experience regarding all relevant equipment i.e. used for production as well for Quality control so that I was / am able to operate / maintain / repair almost all equipment independently.
