I was transfer for six month to J & J PRD in Beerse, Belgium (April – September 2008) to work in the Process Transfer Project from Belgium to Puerto Rico (Extruder Technology. Accountable to work with the Pre-Registration Activities, Registration and Post Registration Activities for the TRF Project (In Belgium/P.R..) Also be able to operate, install, maintain and train others in Janssen Ortho LLC in Gurabo, P.R.
Designated for the Compression Area, working with the following machines; Korch, IMA, Fette 3090, Manesty Novapress and Mark IV, also accountable for the Encapsulation Area, working with the following machines; IMA, H&K 2000, Bosch KKE 2000, Polisher, Pro-Quip and Capsuject. Also assignated to the Solution Area and the Compounding Area, weigthing and sifting all the material used for the manufacturing process. Responsible for the internal warehouse and accountable for requesting, transferring and reducing the inventory of materials by using the software program S.A.P.
